The following checklist will facilitate your mortgage loan interview. The checklist includes most of the information that you and any co-borrower will need to supply.

Please use the following worksheet when gathering data.
____California Drivers License - please copy or bring for each applicant
____A copy of your purchase agreement
____A legal description of the property you're buying
____W-2 forms and tax returns for the last two years
____A current pay stub
____Names and account numbers of banks and financial institutions where you have deposits
____Recent history (90 days) of your savings, checking, and brokerage accounts
____12 month payment history on your rent or current mortgage payments
____A list and estimated value of your major assets (car, insurance, etc.)
____Information about other income you receive from dividends, interest, rental property, etc.
____Recent financial statements, if you are self employed
____A list of outstanding debts, including the names, addresses and account numbers you send payments to
____ If you are separated or divorced - a copy of your divorce decree and separation agreement. Also bring documentation on alimony or child support payments.
____ If you have a bankruptcy, foreclosure, or any judgments bring relevant information about the proceedings.
